We’d like to take a moment to thank our community partners at ! With their support, we’ve been able to redistribute gender affirming tucking underwear to dozens of girls locally and abroad! We look forward to bringing more out to the Dolls in Jamaica this fall! 💃🏾🇯🇲

🕯️We Speak What We Carry Featured Artist: Linda La ✨

Linda La is an international, SAG-AFTRA multi hyphenate from the Bronx, New York. With roots in both the English and Spanish speaking Caribbean and the NYC Vogue Ballroom Scene, her experimental sound fuses elements of house, hip hop, soul, R&B and spoken word. Her work has been articled in both AFROPUNK and The Fader. She has curated performances with New York Live Arts, VICE and more. A 2021 recipient of the New York State Proclamation Award, she also appears as Swan in the hit series finale of POSE on FX. She continues residing on Munsee-Lenape land, servicing Black and Brown transgender communities as co-founder of The House of Transcendence. Find her work on all major streaming platforms, archived at the Brooklyn Museum and at LindaLa.world.

BTTF is thrilled to have been able to work with on this incredible abolitionist project. One Million Experiments is officially out on Apple TV and Google Play!

🎥 One Million Experiments is a film exploring how we define and create safety in a world without police and prisons. Abolition doesn’t have easy answers, and we’ll need at least one million experiments to figure it out. 🔥 So glad this film is now accessible to folks curious about police & prison abolition all over the world.

🎟️ Bring it to your organization, institution or group for a screening, performance, and discussion built around the film! It’s a great way to strengthen coalitions and respirit your community.

We’re also hyped to share that the One Million Experiments podcast is coming back for Season 3 starting in July, and that Black Trans Travel Fund will be featured in their new travel show called One Million Experiments: In the Field, dropping in the fall!
