For me, it’s a lot about getting comfortable with having uncomfortable convos — asking questions, being vulnerable, staying open & realizing I’ll still make mistakes. I’ve also been unpacking the past & what ancestral patterns are holding me/us back. Akashic Record readings being a beautiful way to channel healing from the past.

I use a myriad of spiritually-driven systems around my space: a mix of feng shui, chromotherapy (color therapy), aromatherapy, crystals & energy cleansing techniques.
↠ CRYSTALS - Place rose quartz by your sink/shower (love) & smoky quartz above your toilet (energy cleanser).
↠ ESSENTIAL OILS - Diffuse the following separately or mix: lavender (relaxation), eucalyptus (grounding), citrus (clarity) & rose (love). I also have been loving @brooklyncandlestudio’s love potion diffuser.

HEART CHAKRA WIDE OPEN 💚⚡️🌴 Here are some of my favorite self love rituals to explore now — beyond “I am love” affirmations, & rose quartz rituals, because we’ve been there & done that!!
🎼 Playing 639hz heart chakra frequencies throughout your home (search on YouTube or spotify)
🌹 Work with rose water spray. I use after I make my bed, around my office & in/on my mask — it has antibacterial properties!
✍️ Write a love list — what are you loving right now in your life? People, places, routines, professional projects. What are the parallels between these things & how can you harness this positive energy more?
💡 Invest in a “smart” light bulb where you can change the color via your phone. Immerse yourself in mint & rose light
💫Diffuse rose essential oil — @vitruvi all the way. Indulge in a dreamy bath with pink himalayan sea salt for heart cleansing, paired with rose petals & rose essential oil for heart opening.
Most importantly, remember that these are rituals to help guide you back to YOURSELF. Find what works for you & stick with it!
