Fully human and fully Spirit. This is who we all are. Life is hard, sometimes unbearable, if we do not recognize we are eternal spirits here for a brief time having human experiences.

We may live in this spiritual truth ☝️ yet struggle more with tending the ground beneath us, which can also impede our healing. And our relationships can suffer when a loved one might need for us to feel and see them exactly where they are, and their human challenges as they are, rather than seeing the bigger picture or pointing out the higher perspective.

Life is best in the middle. We are here to live, learn, and love. Ourselves and each other. Fully. Balancing is messy at times, for sure. Which is harder for you, realizing your spiritual nature or tending to the ground beneath you? It’s all okay. Never any judgment here, just a perspective to contemplate. 🤍⭐️
