Words have power, but only if we accept them. ✨

At some point, we’ve all been wounded by the words of people we thought would love us unconditionally. But here’s the truth: NO ONE else gets to define YOU. Their opinions, projections, or pain do not determine your worth or your future.

When hurtful words come, pause—don’t absorb them. Ask yourself: Is this true? Does this align with who I know myself to be? If not, RELEASE IT. Replace it with truth. You are growing. You are healing. You are evolving.

Never let someone’s doubt about you become your belief about yourself. You are worthy, you are enough, and you are becoming everything you were created to be. 💫

If I shared my story, some might find it hard to believe all that I've endured. There were moments when I considered taking an early exit to escape the chaos and uncertainty. In my 39 years, I have faced challenges that some may never encounter in their lifetime, yet I'm still standing. In just 2 weeks, I will reach a milestone birthday my brother and mother never reached. It's a milestone I once feared I wouldn't live to see, but thanks to God, I'm here. I am grateful for the trials that have shaped me, like clay molded and tested in the fire. Once this process is complete, I'll emerge as a new person – recognizable, but without cracks or traces of mending. I will shine brightly, smiling as a renewed woman. I am determined to make my mark on the world; there is work waiting for me. I have lives to inspire and change ✨️ 😌 🙏🏾
