sad day to all Reggae lovers in the globe because the real great Jamaican singer and painter Donovan McLeod, better known in the world as Danny Coxson, has passed away today.
Danny "Artist" Coxson (Donovan McLeod) had been painting mural and portraits of Jamaica's legendary artists (singers, deejays, producers, etc) in Kingston for the last 25 years, delivering hundreds if commission works for studios such as Youth Promotion (Sugar Minott) and Bunny Lee's.
He has been part of two major exhibitions : "Anything With Nothing" (National Gallery, Kingston, 2015) and "Jamaica Jamaica!" (La Philharmonie de Paris, Paris, 2017).
