Why did the Clio's let High Times use their international status and decades of credibility for cannabis design awards? Sure hope someone is minding your IP better than this!
Hey guys, I have a question about the Budweiser competition: are teams of two (art director & copywriter) allowed? or is it only for entry as an individual?
Hello, I’m looking for a commercial that won the Clio somewhere in early nineties, from Spain, about excessive television watching, a dog is trying to get a boys attention, and among many stunts, rides a bike, while the boy ignores him as he obsses over TV , thanks for any help
Great meeting everyone at the after-party! Click on me to see pics! Next year, I'll have to get some pictures of you guys! Congratulations to all the winners! God Bless the USA!
How you could award this homophobic ad, which in Argentina had to be taken off the air because of the public outrage, is beyond me. Get in with the times.
In Parma, Ohio there is a place called that was called Parmadale Children’s Village where on September 23, 1925 30,000 humanitarians traveled from throughout the world to witness the incarnation of the healing of human suffering through love, care and compassion instead of lobotomies, electro shock therapy, ice water submersion, etc. They went back to their hometowns and implemented The Parmadale Model and hundreds of millions or so human sufferers were healed and led long lives instead of quickly dying in thousands of institutions with the Pre-Parmadale Model. We were without doubt the humanitarian capital of the world. And are truly the most beloved city in the world for the hundreds of millions of lives who were saved by Pamadale before its final not to great last half decade. I have been relentlessly trying relentlessly for 589 days to return it to its former glory as the site of 12 reality TV shows dramatizing how pet therapy heals human suffering, each cottage with a show and form of suffering. Where 5% of advertising profits would go to both Parma schools and The city of Parma and the rest would go to humanitarianism and animal welfare organizations. The shows I am calling Parmadale’s Resurrection would bring at least $276 million to up to $1 billion to the city and schools and $4 billion to $6 billion to animal welfare and humanitarian organizations Once the fact of life copy cat nature of TV occurs and there is at least 1 similar style show on each national network and at least 2 local style shows, every single school district and municipality in the country would have at least $276 million annually and collectively from all shows anywhere from $500 billion to $1 trillion to animal welfare organizations and humanitarianism. Providing enough money to solve virtually all human suffering that money can solve. As of June 28, 2108 the owners of Parmdale, The Parma Community Improvement Corporation whose Board consists of Parma’s Mayor Tim Degeeter, Auditor Brian Day, Economic Development Director Erik Tollerup are days away from demolishing it at a cost of $9 million to turn over to West Creek Conservancy for a park to kill deer, community cats and other invasive species, along with regular park uses for which Parma has to many. In addition to saving lives. Social Cause TV would provide advertising at 40% off SRDS rate cards off spot rates due to the reality that 60% of advertising revenues would be donated to the most reputable organization dealing with the shows cause. Thus, getting the same demographics, psychographics, market segments to comprise the viewer profiles in TV that isn’t social cause TV but for dramatically less. Kind of like getting free viewers. According to Variety, networks usually keep 40% of advertising revenues from shows. And social cause TV shows would be very low budget shows thus providing a tremendous profit margin. Some community based shows would use almost exclusive volunteer efforts requiring very few paid personnel. Once advertising agencies and or their clients use this push marketing strategy to use a pull marketing strategy to networks, they will realize how much advertisers want not just better shows to advertise on, but at much less cost making TV advertising much more affordable to more businesses and non profits that can’t normally advertise on TV. And most likely raise the entire reputation of advertising to be more humanitarian perceived and not just to sell products. Broadcast networks will likely contact their local affiliates to organize the local shows and then they with more local knowledge and experience with local animal shelters and what causes are the most concern and highest reputation in their communities could organize the local shows. I strongly encourage advertising agencies and advertisers throughout America to contact your regular account executives or maybe even better network executives to insist they develop social cause TV shows so that your clients can get the same number of viewers for much less the cost. You would also get higher involvement viewers who are watching a show with a cause they are dedicated to, not just idly watching because there is nothing else on. The ads would also have more prestige because they would be helping whatever form of the healing of human suffering the show deals with and not just intended to make money. Given four products on a store shelf, three of which don’t advertise on social cause TV and one that has the type of claim Newman’s Own professes but to a much larger extent with a label or display ad saying “(Insert Company) advertises on (Insert number) of social cause TV shows” The one that advertises on social cause TV shows will get the impulse buy given no other perceptual filters. For consumers will feel as though they are not just buying a product but helping out pets and whatever cause the show deals with. In a way feeling like they are making a charitable donation, even though in reality what they are paying isn’t actually going to charities. I don’t think the National Advertising Review Board would have any problems as long as display ads clearly state the amount paid for ads, not the amount the product is being paid for is being donated to charities. Advertising could even be produced with a creative brief that matches the content of the show the ad is being placed. Not just doing media planning matching likely products with the demographics and psychographics of the show. But, have ads that mention the shows’ cause and concerns and how the advertisers products will help those who suffer from whatever the shows form of human suffering is about. At times the level of ideological integration of the show and advertising would seem like some type of “humanitarian product placement” creating a blur between the show and the advertisement. The future of advertising is with social cause TV. Like was done by viewers demanding MTV with their cute phrase “I Want My MTV”. I urge all those reading this on facebook postings to demand wherever TV advertising medium you employ to demand, “I Want My SCTV” and be sure that if during the time SCTV becomes reality Parmadale is indeed demolished we all make sure that it is clear what was the inspiration.
Wenn das fremd vögeln nicht klappt!!!!
