Words I Can’t Say A place for everything I’m too afraid to say out loud. Here, I don’t have to pretend I’m okay. So I write here. I vent here. These are the thoughts inside my head.

This is where I say everything I’m too afraid to tell my friends, my family, or the person I wish I could be honest with. I keep so much inside because I’m afraid of being judged, sounding cringe, regretting what I said, or seeing a reaction that might hurt more than staying silent. I release the thoughts that keep getting louder inside my head. There are nights when my mind feels like it’s going to explode and my heart hurts in ways I can’t even explain. I cry to God and ask why this is happening to me. I wonder whether I did something to deserve all this pain. Maybe this page won’t make everything disappear. But at least here, I don’t have to pretend that I’m okay. These are the feelings I hide. These are the words I can’t say.

But maybe you weren’t a burden—you were simply someone trying to love while carrying things you never knew how to explain. 🤍

There comes a point when being kind starts to feel like a weakness. You keep understanding people, giving second chances, and choosing not to hurt anyone, only to realize that some people took your kindness for granted. Maybe having a good heart wasn’t the mistake—giving it to the wrong people was. 🤍

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t feeling lost—it’s pretending you’re not. You keep telling your family you’re okay because you’re afraid of disappointing them or becoming another thing they have to worry about. Meanwhile, you’re quietly struggling to find the motivation to keep moving forward. 🤍

Growing up without feeling heard can teach you to keep everything to yourself. You learn to deal with your problems alone, even when a part of you wishes someone would simply listen and understand. So when you finally open up to someone, it isn’t easy—it means you’re giving them a part of yourself you’ve spent years protecting. 🤍
