What started as my very first sailing aboard Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady in 2022 has turned into 27 cruises (and counting) across multiple cruise lines, countless ports, and unforgettable memories.

Cruising isn’t just my favorite vacation anymore: it’s become my passion, my creative outlet, and a huge part of who I am. Every ship has a story. Every itinerary brings a new adventure. And every sailing reminds me why I fell in love with life at sea.

Throwing it all the way back to May 2022, when I boarded my very first cruise aboard Virgin Voyages’ Scarlet Lady. 🚢❤️

At the time, I thought I was just taking a fun vacation. Little did I know, I was about to discover a love for cruising that would completely change the way I travel.

Looking back at these photos, it’s hard to believe that this was the trip that started it all. The excitement of embarkation day, the endless ocean views, the incredible food, and that unforgettable feeling of waking up in a new destination each day. Since then, cruising has become so much more than a vacation for me. It’s become a passion.

They say you never forget your first cruise, and after all these years, I can confidently say that’s absolutely true. Here’s to the trip that started our cruising obsession! 🌊✨

: We came to Nassau with plans.

Rose Island had other ideas. 😏🏝️

One Bahama Mama turned into two.
Two turned into “What time does the boat leave again?” 🍹😂

Between the crystal-clear water, island vibes, delicious food, and unlimited drinks, Sip & Sea All-Inclusive understood the assignment.

At some point, we stopped checking the time and started questioning why we don’t live here. 🌊☀️

If your cruise stops in Nassau, skip the FOMO and book the beach day.

Trust me, your only regret will be getting back on the boat.
