The answer is: women, according to a study conducted by researchers at Harvard Business School.

They found that female leaders were better at building rapport, managing schedules, expressing a genuine interest in their direct reports’ lives, and communicating thoroughly about goals and expectations. We’ve said it before, and it’s worth repeating: putting women in management positions is good for morale, productivity, retention—and business.
