I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches at the Dunks at the Greenville Spartanburg Airport last week. When I got my receipt, I noticed that the girl charged me separate for the English muffins on the breakfast sandwiches. I told her I believed that the English muffin was part of the breakfast sandwich. It’s even in the photo on the screen. She was adamant that you only buy a breakfast sandwich for the meat - and have to pay extra for the bread. And she couldn’t give me a refund, no manager was available, and I’ve been back twice now with no manager available. Am I losing my marbles, or is Dunkin Donuts now charging extra for bread on their breakfast sandwiches? I can’t believe that’s the case. I will find the manager at some point for a discussion and a refund.

Okay y’all this is partly just an FYI but also partly a rant.

Maybe it’s just my Dunkin, and I’m not mad at the employees for it - I’m just frustrated at the situation as a whole.

So I saw a comment on here saying the app is letting you order the fall flavors. I’ve been counting down the days to get mine so even though it’s 9PM, I pulled up my app, saw I could order it, PLACED MY ORDER, and drove to Dunkin for it..

I ordered their featured caramel iced coffee with pumpkin cold foam.. I get there and they tell me they can’t use the cold foam until tomorrow.. well okay.. so I asked if they could just throw a pumpkin swirl in there for me.. after all that’s literally the only reason I went.. they couldn’t do that either.

So I left with a caramel iced coffee with regular cold foam.. it’s yummy, but not what I wanted. I asked if they could cancel it but they said they couldn’t and it was already made.

Let me be clear, I DO NOT blame the employees for doing their job. But why would Dunkin’ allow you to order it on the app if they can’t make it?? I’m not really mad about it, it was just a sad discovery.

And yes, I emailed corporate. Not to complain, but to at least get my money back 🤷🏼‍♀️

EDIT to how I make my coffee: I do 12oz water, then whisk with a fork about 2TBSP of heavy cream, a splash of vanilla creamer, caramel drizzle on the side and top with whip cream. So so so good!

The greatest thing ever happened to me today! When I first started dating my boyfriend, he swore that Starbucks was the best place to get coffee………. Disgusting I know! But today he is a new man and now Dunkin is his favorite😍😍

Just a happy little post.

Went to Dunkin’ for a pumpkin chai. Didn’t make it until literally 5m before closing. Asked if they had any munchkins for my toddlers. Said they could do a 10 pack. Pulled up to pay and he said they were actually out and he didn’t realize but had normal donuts he’d give me for the price of the 10 holes.

I’m all like cool beans do it. Kiddos won’t care. I’m thinking I’ll get 2-3 donuts. This guy gave me 3 full boxes of donuts guys. 🥺 3 DOZEN variety donuts. Made my night. He said they were closing and gonna toss them anyway so he was happy I wanted them. Shared with my sisters family too! 😄

Good things happen when you need it the most. And I sure needed some good.

In your State what does the lemon stand for on your order? In Maine they use it for drizzle as there is no button for drizzle! What cracks me up, is they clearly haven’t trained some people well. Today I got no drizzle ( which isn’t uncommon as it’s often forgotten and I just deal with it) however I did find a lemon after I was on the turnpike. Lemon is not to good in ice coffee 😂
