The older I get, the more I realize that half of the things I used to overthink literally DID NOT MATTER 😭

Who liked me. Who didn’t. Who thought I was cringe. Whether I fit into a certain group. Whether someone understood why I wanted more.

And the funny thing is… the second I stopped trying to impress people, I actually started finding MY people.

The second I became okay with being misunderstood, I became way more myself.

And the more comfortable I became being alone, the less I accepted company just for the sake of having company.

Idk 🤭 life gets so much easier when you stop making every decision based on how it’s going to look to someone else.

1. “WHAT WILL PEOPLE THINK?”
You will never build anything meaningful trying to manage everyone else’s opinion of you. Post anyway.

2. “I DON’T HAVE TIME.”
You have the same hours as everyone else. The difference is what you do with them. Ten minutes of showing up beats zero minutes of waiting for the perfect moment.

3. “I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO TALK ABOUT.”
You have lived an entire life. Your experiences, your lessons, your mistakes. That is your content. You are not starting from nothing.

4. “PEOPLE WILL LAUGH AT ME.”
Some will. And they will still be watching. Keep going.

5. “I’M NOT READY YET.”
You will never feel ready. The people you admire online were not ready either. They just started.
