Yesterday I got my stitches out since my knee surgery..I’ve still been pretty stiff and in a bit of pain. I know I just had surgery not that long ago so I’ve been brushing it off.. UNTIL.. I went to my follow up yesterday.. I have the worst “grade” for my cartilage.. bone on bone, etc.. The surgeon realized how bad my knee really was once he was looking with the camera. It was discussed if I wasn’t sooo young that I would be going in for a knee replacement. They are HOPING for me to get to atleast 50.. she said it’s looking more like 40.. when I asked her due to the pain and my symptoms is there a possibly it could be way sooner like a year or two.. she said she didn’t have a crystal ball but it’s a huge probability. Possibly sooner than that.. I will be starting PT next week and really have to focus on how hard I walk, what I do for low impact activities. What I’m getting at is did anyone else have a terrible knee? what helped you.. (for your pain) because no way do I want a knee replacement in the near future. Injections do not work for me. 😖 he took a bunch of loose-floating cartilage-scraped me out along with a bunch of fluid. I also had a partial medial meniscectomy and a partial lateral meniscectomy for those wondering.

I got to impatient and missed the picture of the beginning of the process.. I think it came out good! The girls and I watched the reel on how to make pizza bubble bake and we were like we NEED to go get the ingredients to make it! 🤤😳

It was a chicken riggies kinda night with a side of garlic bread in the air fryer. I’ve been doing to much on my leg that it’s been pretty painful!! What are some other kid approved meals that I can make that I don’t have to stand to long while I’m still healing 🤤♥️

Day 4 post op.. Finally was able to shower 😅 it was painful.. yelled out and cried a few times.. but I survived!
