We talk a lot about “clean” in the wellness space, clean food, clean supplements, clean skincare. But almost no one talks about clothing, and yet we’re wearing it 12 to 18 hours a day, directly on the skin
Synthetic fabrics dry fast and don’t wrinkle, but they are still plastic, and your body knows the difference.
Now add sweat, heat, friction and you’ve got the perfect setup for transdermal exposure. Your skin absorbs it, your lymph system carries it, and your hormones try to compensate. Meanwhile, your body’s electrical signaling is also being interrupted, yes, fabrics carry fields.
It is worth transitioning your closet into a toxic free one.
