In recognition of Black History Month, we want to hear from the history makers of today on how to change the narrative of "Why Are Black and Brown Men a Threat". As we remember the history of trailblazers of past generations, it is imperative to change history for future generations.

We are seeking men facilitators to lead small group discussions in the breakout rooms.

In recognition of Black History Month, the Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation Center at Rutgers University - Newark is hosting an experience to hear the narrative about Men of Color and how they are perceived as a threat.

The event will begin with a video entitled "Ask Yourself, Why Am I a Threat" produced by Lauryn Whitney, Founder and CEO of Authentic Voices Global. Lauryn's bio includes a sentence that emphasizes the importance of having these Discussion - "I am a mother, a black mother, to a black boy.
