UPDATE on Jeff’s surgery yesterday:

Jeff’s surgery lasted about 5 to 6 hours. They were able to remove his largest tumor and a bunch of smaller ones. He had to have another section of his colon removed but luckily no bag. There was also a possibility that he may have had a kidney removed but that didn’t happen fortunately.

Jeff is still in the surgery recovery ICU and will hopefully get moved to a room later today or tomorrow.

Now for the healing to start. Jeff will have to wait atleast a couple of weeks before he can start taking his cancer meds again.
