Women Build It started right here at AGM, shaped by the women on our team and inspired by our deep connection to the building, construction, architecture, and design industries.

And we bring every part of it to life. From the strategy and marketing that fill the room, to the filming and content that tell the story, to the creative, planning, and production that shape the entire experience.

Some stories deserve a bigger screen. 🎥

We loved bringing this campaign for Carmel Youth Assistance Program to life, not just because it’s now playing at Flix Brewhouse, but because of the message behind it.

Mentorship doesn’t require superpowers. It starts with someone choosing to show up, give their time, and make a real difference in a young person’s life.

That’s the kind of story we’re proud to help tell.

One thing we've learned: great creative doesn't happen because someone stays inside the box. It happens because someone asks, "What if we did this?" and the rest of the team somehow makes it happen.
