Norman North High School Choir along with the Connections Chorus and an orchestra featuring NPS students and faculty, preformed Mostly Mozart at The Nancy O'Brian Center of Performing Arts on Sunday, May 17th, and Uncanny Media was fortunate enough to be invited to photograph it.

Narrated by Jim Ryan and conducted by Stephen Ziegler, Jacob Gonzales, and Student Conductor Maitreya LaMoreaux, this thirty-third annual concert called for a standing ovation for the talented ensembles and soloists.

Our cameras are finally starting to cool off after that HOT weekend, and we aren't talking about the temperature. Norman Music Fest brings the heat with several live performances from a large array of genres. Between the festival goers, venues and stages, and the musicians themselves, Downtown Norman was bursting with positive energy and photogenic scenes for us to capture. Now it's time to relive the magic! Here is just a few shots from the thousands we took. Until next time, NMF. It was real.

The Norman Chocolate Festival brought together chocolate lovers, local businesses, and the community to support our Norman PTA Council. Delicious chocolate and supporting our beloved community. We’re excited to share our latest work with the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum as their new exhibition, Route 66: From Trails to Truck Stops, opens today!

Uncanny Media regularly partners with the Museum on photo and video production, including their weekly podcast, product and lifestyle photography for the Museum’s retail store Persimmon Hill, social media reels, and exhibition media. For this exhibition, we produced two original video installations:

• A slideshow highlighting the iconic signs of Route 66 and their role in shaping the American roadside landscape.
• A large-scale animated map projection tracing how historic routes like the Old Spanish Trail and the Beale Wagon Trail evolved into railroads, Route 66, and ultimately the modern Interstate system.
