Spending the morning contacting voters in SD1 to assist them with curing their mail in ballot. Curing the ballot is because 1) they forgot to sign the ballot or 2) their signature does not match the signature on file. Signatures can be cured no later than 5:00 pm on November 12, 2024. Many of you may never experience seeing your name on a ballot, particularly in this ultimate election cycle! I was super excited to cast my vote for myself, for SD1. This probably ranks right up there with seeing myself for the first time on the big screen. Two awesome events in my life have been accomplished! And, yes, I also voted for my husband, Garland Brinkley, for AD1!
