This Sunday is the Blood Moon Tea Ritual + Sound Bath AND a Full Moon Eclipse - what does this mean?

It means this you may be experiencing endings. Cycles coming to a close. Relationships coming to an end. Feeling in your gut that whatever your doing is no longer working.

Is that scary? Hell yes. It's uncomfortable. It causes frustration. It makes you begin to doubt yourself and everyone around you.

BUT, endings are ALSO what makes way for new beginnings. For better opportunities. For stronger relationships. For more joy. For more life. For... MORE.

Eclipses happen every year, and every year they have the energy to propel us forward toward the highest, best version of ourselves.

When you read this, do you feel it? Does it make you exhale a little deeper, knowing that it's not just you?

That's what our full moon circles feel like. A deep exhale. A time to sit with that energy and set an intention to let it go. Then, surrounded by other people who "get it," we use sound and gentle movement to clear out the energy and move forward, together.
