Celebrating Haitian Flag Day with a touch of mystique and a lot of pride! 💙 Through every season, every bit of rich history, every trial and every triumph, one thing that remains is my pride and joy of being a daughter of this island. This year, I wanted to celebrate by bringing a bit of magic. A while back, I remember coming across the dopest drawing from fellow 🇭🇹 creative, the phenomenal , of a Haitian mermaid and I was so inspired to share my interpretation of it for Haitian flag day and . The same aspects of beauty, depth and enchantment of these mystical creatures lies in the soil, story and culture of Haiti and its people. I’ll always take the chance to express us as the magic we are. Ayiti, ou se maji a. 🫶🏾 Happy Haitian Flag Day! 🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹

Haven’t been around quite as much this summer and this is one of the adorable reasons why. 🥰 I’ve always wanted a dog and I finally welcomed this perfect pup into my life. Growing up, Winnie the Pooh was my comfort character; the kind, loveable bear who graced the TV at my great grandmother’s house and brings back the fondest memories of my childhood. It’s only right my loveable pup have the same name. Meet Winnie, y’all! 🐶🍯🧸 The perfect mini goldendoodle and my cuddly companion. 🤎 Feel free to follow her for more of her puppy adventures! Also, any potty training trips from fellow pup parents welcomed. We’re still working on that part. 😅

Happy Earth Day and the Happiest of birthdays to Animal Kingdom! 🌳 As a park that holds a lot of family and personal memories for me, I can truly say that DAK occupies a special place in my heart and even more so as an adult. Each time I visit, I find more joy in its beauty, sounds, smells and atmosphere. I find more to love about its theming and intention. I find more inspiration and comfort from its stories. Cheers to 25 years! 🥰

👩🏾‍🍳💕Anyone can cook, but only the fearless can be great. 💕👩🏾‍🍳

Today’s the last day of this year’s Food & Wine Festival and I just had to share my Remy bound from my trip this month. I’m still dreaming about some of the dishes I had this time. 😋 The way Epcot has stolen my food and cocktail loving heart is something I’ll never complain about. A sad au revoir to F&W but bonjour to Festival of the Holidays! ❤️
