Can you imagine spending 2 months renovating a home back to new condition………and after just a few months a couple does this to it?

This happened to me in 2021 when I did a favor for one of our subcontractors. His daughter needed a good home and he knew I was getting into rental properties.

I had a property manager at the time but he never visited the home, remember 2021 was an awkward time.

My reason for this post is to show it’s not just that get vandalized by tenants……out of 200 plus homes I’ve only had 3 really bad ones….minus 2 🔥.

With me being a subcontractor that progressed into becoming a home builder……this is the perfect type of retirement choice for me. FYI it’s not all good or all bad.

Jess and I finally got the camper stocked up and ready to go. Thanks to everyone involved. Even those that could only afford to like and comment. It helps way more than you realize.

How do you do a leak detection?

I checked the meter reading and waited 10 minutes…..meter read the same…no water usage.

Filled a 5 gallon bucket and meter showed right at 5 gallons used.

In my experience these meters glitch and leaks don’t fix themselves?

The tenant has experienced high water bills for months and the water department says she has a leak WHAT SHOULD I TRY NEXT ? Put a meter behind their meter?
