It's a new day across the state, and our weather will feel more fall-like today. Happy Monday, North Carolina! We will have some areas of fog and even a shower chance this morning along the coast and parts of Eastern NC; otherwise across the state, it'll be quiet. I expect a partly sunny sky today for most areas, it'll be a pretty dry day other than a passing morning shower chance across Eastern NC and a passing shower/storm chance this afternoon and evening across the same areas. Highs today will be in the 70s to low 80s for most areas, it'll be lower humditly and shoudl feel pretty good across the state.
