Airing tomorrow, November 30, 2025, UMass Amherst Economics and Public Policy professor Michael Ash joins Occupy the Airwaves co-hosts Emikan Sudan and Stephen Linsky to discuss the Trump administration’s pending termination of greenhouse gas emissions reporting by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The Corporate Toxics Information Project of the Political Economics Research Institute (PERI) at UMass has published an annual Index of the top 100 toxic/greenhouse gas polluters based on reporting data accumulated by the EPA. Professor Ash described the severe ramifications resulting from the cessation of EPA’s reporting requirements. Information on the project can be found at their website: www.Greenhouse100.org
