I am very excited to talk with my next guest Alvah Newhall VSECU Manager, collector, and community supporter LIVE on the Eyes and Ears Podcast w/ Connor
Bringing a personal touch to local banking, Alvah Newhall has worked in the financial industry since 1987. Born and raised in central Vermont, Alvah graduated from Union 32 High School and earned a business degree from Vermont College/Norwich University.
After college he began working at National Life Insurance Company then he soon started his banking career at Vermont Federal Bank. Working at numerous banks like Vermont National Bank, Chittenden Bank, Charter One Bank, and Citizens Bank, gaining experience and working through numerous mergers, positions, and management changes . Well known well for his smile, laugh, and personable personality.
Alvah was also the victim of a home invasion where he was attacked and beaten.
“I’m a little shaken up. As I said, it’s not the material things, it’s the sense of security,” Alvah said.
