I have a love / hate relationship with someone giving me creative freedom on their order. This time it was “donut inspired”. So of course one needed to be inspired by the Simpson’s classic pink donut. Along with chocolate espresso (any excuse to use my espresso machine), Boston Creme, and a brown butter jelly ”donut”. Slowly but surely getting things off the ground. I have an embarrassing number of dessert pictures on my phone and no signs of slowing down. Trying to pick what to make next is torture, any one have ideas? I’m thinking of doing some sort of contest because who doesn’t love competition and free dessert?
