Worked in the blueberry and elderberry bed yesterday as the weather was beautiful. Today well it is a smidgen chilly and calling for snow. Decided to start my seeds any ways 😀

Got the girls moved today thanks to my hubby helping with my heavier ones. I will say it is a 1st being 25° and suited up! One step at a time...
Ready for warm weather, inspections and splits!

All of my seeds and sets are now ordered. Going to try seed potatoes from Gurneys and see how those do. Really want to can up some quality taters this year.

What are you trying new this year? I am mainly going all heirloom for everything. Will definitely put out more Roselle hibiscus this year as we love the jam and tea

Permanent bee yard in the works. Finally got the concrete blocks in. Now to brain storm the rest. Definitely need some wide flat blocks that i can walk and stand on

Update: This worked great! Another load for tonight. Hope this freezes and kills any of the sickness germs that are going around now.

I might be crazy.... going to try freeze drying these tonight. Right now temp is 16° and suppose to get down to 8°. Hopefully they will be ready to be smacked mid morning and they will be dry.
Anyone freeze dry clothes? How do you do it...

Never tried just plain tomatoes sauce. Roaster pan was filled to brim and let it cook slow 24hrs. Canned 21 pints. Thinking I should have let it cook longer as I still see some separation when I took out of pressure canner.
How does everyone do their tomatoe sauce?
