That’s what happened the other night with Nate and me. We were catching up on Married at First Sight, and I said, “These folks ain’t 25 anymore—they’re our age.” And suddenly, that show didn’t feel so entertaining. It felt… personal.

“I added Sprite. Yup, Sprite! That fizz blends with the broth and garlic so well, it turns the whole thing into this light, flavorful wave of goodness.”

The ride home.
"Book first class if you can. If not, get a front-row seat and request a wheelchair. I had to kneel during the flight just to protect my results."
No one tells you how exhausting traveling post-op can be.
But that travel plan? It made all the difference in how I healed.

We both laughed so hard we choked on our food.
