So, the new product launch got postponed a bit for 2 reasons.

1 - After feedback from the samples I sent out, I wanted to make one small tweak to make it perfect.
2- The chicks and ducks demanded more space! So ALL of our spare time has been put into building a chicken tractor. All that’s left is a predator apron and a heavy duty tarp to go over the top. This has wheels and will allow them to graze fresh grass, as we can move it as needed, while keeping them safe from the hawks. We will still let them free range as much as possible, but this will be used when we aren’t home or can’t keep an eye on them!

With that out of the way, I hope to launch this week! I will continue to send out samples with all silver orders, in the mean time! :)

Does colloidal silver wipe out the good bacteria like it does the bad bacteria?

This is a very common question surrounding colloidal silver. The simple answer is NO! The Colloidal Silver rips the negative electrons away from the bad bacteria which makes it collapse, suffocate and die. Due to different cellular structure and environment, the good bacteria are not impacted in this manner.

Farther explanation:

1. Pathogens Are More Vulnerable to Silver’s Effects
• Harmful bacteria, fungi, and viruses often have weaker or more permeable cell walls, making it easier for silver ions to pe*****te and disrupt their function.
• Many pathogens are anaerobic (thrive in low-oxygen environments), and silver is more effective in these conditions.

2. Beneficial Bacteria Are More Resilient
• Many good bacteria, like those in your gut microbiome (e.g., Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium), have thicker cell walls or protective biofilms that can reduce the silver’s ability to permeate the cell.
• They often exist in symbiotic environments with other protective compounds that help neutralize silver ions.

3. Dosage Matters
• The low concentration at which we use is not powerful enough to make it through the stronger cellular structures of beneficial bacteria.

Even more explanation:

Gram positive bacteria have a thick peptidoglycan layer and no outer lipid membrane, whilst gram negative bacteria have a thin peptidoglycan layer and have an outer lipid membrane. Bacterial cell wall have a negative charge. In gram positive bacteria, the reason of this negative charge is the presence of teichoic acids linked to either the peptidoglycan or to the underlying plasma membrane. The gram negative bacteria have an outer covering of phospholipids and Lipopolysaccharides.
