John Lennon and Yoko Ono cover, Rolling Stone January 22, 1981. Photography by Annie Leibovitz. After the murder of John Lennon, rolling stone rushed this cover with photos taken by Annie Leibovitz on December 8th during a session at the apartment of John Lennon and Yoko Ono. Four hours later Lennon was shot and killed.
