Run for the Ribbons
🐎 🏆 ENTRIES NOW OPEN FOR THE FL TB TRANSFORMATION EXPO 🏆 🐎

🐎 The 9th Annual Florida Thoroughbred Transformation Expo will take place December 12-14 at The Florida Horse Park, brought to you by Run for the Ribbons as we continue to offer OTTBs at all stages of retraining a platform to showcase their versatile talents and incentivize OTTB adoption!
⭐️ This year, we are running our Expo as usual with Open and Restricted divisions, entry in up to 2 disciplines per horse (with the exception of the Bell Class - details below) with the following disciplines available for entry in both divisions:
🐎 Eventing
🐎 Dressage
🐎 Western Dressage
🐎 Barrel Racing *NEW*
🐎 Freestyle
🐎 Show Hunter
🐎 Show Jumper
🐎 Working Ranch/Trail Horse
🐎 Ring the Bell In Hand *REVISED*
🛢️After years of absence from the Expo and by popular demand, we are excited to announce the return of BARREL RACING to the Expo!
🔔 And as noted, we have revised last year’s Bell class, which will be the ONLY discipline able to be added as a third discipline and will now allow any OTTB that has ever had a career start at one or more of the tracks that host the Ring the Bell program, which include Tampa Bay Downs, Inc. (FL), Oaklawn Hot Springs (AR), Prairie Meadows Casino, Racetrack & Hotel (IA), Lone Star Park (TX), and Sam Houston Race Park (TX). This discipline will be a simple In Hand class and is able to be entered alone (ship in/stall fees apply), as a second discipline, or as the only discipline able to be added as a third for the weekend.
🏵️ All horses entered in more than one discipline will be eligible to win the covered title of MOST VERSATILE THOROUGHBRED, a prize awarded to a standout equine competitor over the duration of the weekend. To learn more about how this prize is awarded, please reference the official event rules.
