Deafine Media is hiring: Media Production Associate 🎬

This is a production role, not a support role. The Media Production Associate will handle:

- Video + photo capture and editing
- Graphic + motion design for digital platforms
- Studio production (lighting, sound, equipment)
- Field production with clients
- Social media posting + scheduling

Expectations are high. You’ll be creating content end-to-end, from pre-production through final publish that represents both Deafine Media and our clients at the highest level.

What we’re looking for:
- Skilled in editing + design software (CapCut, Final Cut, Canva, etc.)
- Creative, detail-driven, and organized under pressure
- Able to manage multiple projects with consistency and speed
