I am not perfectly polished and that is the beauty in it all , I don’t have degrees but I do have real life experiences . That counts for something !

Hey Besties ….. I recently went through a purge …. My throat chakra was blocked and I absolutely went through a purge . It was rough … however bad it was I knew what it was and I also knew that once my body was done cleaning itself I was going to be floating …. Vibrationally speaking …. I want to share what I have learned with everyone who wants to listen . If you want to change your life . If you want to get stronger . Can I share with you things that are completely Free , that will help you navigate through this thing called life ?

Knowing the difference between Love and a Trauma Bond can literally save your life .
I remember years ago going to the therapist with my child and was in a full blown abusive marriage and when his therapist told me about Trauma Bonds I had never heard the term before and I got upset with her and left .
As the days went on , I started reading and realized she was right . Thankfully , I found the courage within to start life over again for my children and I . Please do not stay in a relationship that is abusive emotionally physically mentally or spiritually . If you want a new life , change it !
