I remember when I built my first funnel—it felt like a mountain to climb. But over the years, I’ve learned key lessons that made the process so much smoother. But these 3 lessons helped me streamline the process, save time, and drive more results.
Now, I’m here to share them with you so you can avoid the same roadblocks and save time!
💡 Lesson 1: Keep it simple—complexity is not the answer.
The simpler, the better! Early on, I overcomplicated my funnels with too many steps, too many choices, and too much information. It’s important to remember that less is more. Focus on your main objective—guide your leads to take that next step, and remove anything that distracts them from it.
📧 Lesson 2: Follow-ups are crucial. Don’t let your leads go cold!
If you’re not following up, you’re leaving money on the table. Most sales happen after the 5th or 6th interaction. I learned the hard way that a consistent follow-up strategy—via email sequences, retargeting ads, or nurturing content—can significantly boost conversions. Stay top of mind and keep adding value to your audience.
🧪 Lesson 3: Always be testing! Your funnel can always be better.
Don’t settle for ‘good enough.’ I learned that testing—whether it’s your sales page copy, CTA buttons, or email subject lines—can make or break your funnel. A/B testing is your best friend! Don’t be afraid to tweak, optimize, and refine for the best results. What worked once might not work forever.
Funnel-building doesn’t have to be a headache, and with these tips, you’ll be ahead of the game.
