🚨 Flash Flood Outlook ahead for Saturday–Sunday 🚨
Heavy Rainfall Threat Across Texas & Oklahoma
Here's the latest from the Storm Weather Team:
🟡 A Level 2 out of 4 flood risk has been issued for a large portion of Texas and Oklahoma this weekend.
📍 This includes cities like Dallas, Austin, San Angelo, Midland, Lubbock, OKC, and Tulsa.
🗓️ Saturday:
A broad area is under risk, with widespread 2–4" rainfall totals expected. Localized higher amounts could result in flash flooding, especially in poor drainage areas and low-lying spots.
🗓️ Sunday:
The flood risk becomes more focused from Central Texas into Eastern Oklahoma. Areas from Austin to Tulsa will need to stay especially alert for training storms that could dump rain in a short period.
