Men need help, but he won’t tell you he does. Society has conditioned men to play tough and act as nothing hurts them. Men do hurt; they have feelings, emotions, and experience pain. There is an epidemic that is going on with men that no one is talking about.

The shootings that are happening in the US, the majority are done by men.
The outlets that men have turned to not feel the pressures of life are drugs, alcohol, p**n, and relationships outside of their marriage.
Those unhealthy outlets create more significant problems for men and their families.
Excellence Above Talent is challenging and changing that culture. Men should be open and vulnerable to the people that are in their lives. Men should know how to communicate and show love to their spouse. Men should be the providers and protectors but also the nurturer and lovers for their families.
I'm tired of tough men pretending only to end up exploding on their wife and kids because they never learned how to express themselves healthily. If we are going to change the culture of manhood, this can’t be done without the help of WOMEN!!!!
People say that money makes the world go around, but I believe that women make the world go around. A man isn’t a man without a great woman standing beside him, pushing him and loving him on this journey we call life.
