About Us
The Grants program management office was established, in 2002, as a part of the President's Management Agenda. Managed by the Department of Health and Human Services, Grants is an E-Government initiative operating under the governance of the Office of Management and Budget.
Under the President's Management Agenda, the office was chartered to deliver a system that provides a centralized location for grant seekers to find and apply for federal funding opportunities.Today, the Grants system houses information on over 1,000 grant programs and vets grant applications for 26 federal grant-making agencies.
The Federal Grants mission is to inform the general public about grants offered by the United States government. We strive to provide accurate information on how to find and qualify for a grant, how to apply for a grant, and how to proceed once you are approved. The Federal Grant search engine allows access to the requirements, deadlines, and of over 40,000 past and current grants from 481 different federal agencies.
Business Grants
