✨ The Calabasas Library: Official Website Launch ✨

Before the doors even opened, Renee came to me looking for direction, strategy, and a vision for her luxury Calabasas bottle shop.

Together, we dove deep into:
✨Defining her target audience, even before the shop was operational
✨ SWOT analysis of the nearby competition
✨Mood boards and aesthetic explorations to see what resonated with her and her husband
✨Selecting a geographical focus for Calabasas, to attract the right clientele

Once we honed in on her audience and brand essence, we translated that strategy into every visual element of her custom website: color palettes, fonts, textures, and a user experience that reflects the interior design of the shop - leather, antique brass, British Racing Green by Ralph Lauren - all conveying discretion, luxury, and sophistication.

The result? A website that’s not only a beautiful extension of the Calabasas Library brand, but also a strategic tool that teases, delights, and invites the right visitors.

It was a joy bringing this high-end, discreet, luxury brand experience to life - and a perfect example of how thoughtful strategy meets playful design.

✨ A Curated Mystery in Calabasas ✨

Before The Calabasas Library officially opened its doors, we wanted to give the community just enough to spark curiosity ... without revealing too much.

When your brand values include discretion, elegance, and exclusivity, sometimes the best marketing move is to say less and show up beautifully, but without giving away the full picture until doors are officially open.

So, we got creative! 📸 My client had a photographer capture her stunning collection of high-end liquors amid the construction chaos; a playful nod to the “library” concept (a curated collection worth savoring) and a visual teaser for the brand-new website.

These images became strategic placeholders on the Calabasas Library’s custom website design - creating intrigue, aligning perfectly with the brand identity, and keeping that buzzing mystery alive.

When The Library Calabasas reached out, their space was still under construction, but their vision was already bold. They wanted something that felt intentional, discreet, and high-end.

We built a brand around that exact feeling: quiet luxury meets local charm. Ralph Lauren's British Racing Green, antique gold accents, velvet textures, weathered leather and a script wordmark that nods to old-world elegance meets modern Calabasas.

What I loved most? Guiding Renee through the process; from early brand strategy and customer clarity to all the small business decisions that pop up along the way. I’m not just your designer; I’m your business best friend through the launch process and beyond 💛
