As a fitness nut cheat days are important. They keep me from going overboard long term. I rival anyone with friend chicken including Chicken joints. Cheat day Sunday. Fried chicken. I think it was my brother Keith asked me how I made my chicken crunchy and spicy. Well, I have a process I cant share it all. But to make chicken crunchy and flaky I use a tiny bit of corn starch in the flour mix, cant tell you how much. Hahaha But its how hot to fry it that makes it all good.

After leaving the Air Force where I worked on helicopters, I continued in a similar role at Dynamic Science Incorporated. While the pay was good, I found myself disliking the work as a helicopter mechanic. I realized that I preferred tasks involving living beings rather than inanimate machines. So, I transitioned to a career in personal training, successfully opening a fitness studio.
Eventually, I ventured into the world of mortgages and technology, obtaining licenses in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance, which required passing challenging state exams. Although I occasionally receive tempting job offers in the helicopter industry with lucrative salaries and retraining opportunities, I have no intention of returning. I have an aversion to working on cold metal.
I was also presented with the opportunity to become an insurance agent and open a State Farm Insurance Agency in in OKC. However, I found that building a book of business in this field takes a long time. What I want to convey is that I am more aligned with a career focused on helping people. I've always been in the business of helping, and I excel in selling because I genuinely enjoy assisting others.

This is true & accurate trust me) I often come across statements like "stay quiet, nobody wants to hear about the good things happening in your life" or "don't discuss your achievements." When you consider the perspective of those who say such things, it becomes evident that they are essentially expressing their own insecurities. In reality, they are conveying a lack of support, indicating that they won't back you under any circumstances. Reflect on this individual. Is this someone you truly want to have in your life? They don't seem to believe in supporting others and don't use your successes as a source of inspiration for themselves. Their focus is primarily on you, and they search for ways to boost their self-esteem. Instead of taking action to better themselves, they choose to view your accomplishments as their own shortcomings. It's indeed a sad thing.
