Before the Lord returns there will be false Messiahs: are they already here?
GOD IS STILL ON THE THRONE AND PRAYER CHANGES THINGS.
ADDRESS: 500 Beacon Dr Oklahoma City, OK 73127 PHONE: 1-800-652-1144 EMAIL: [email protected] Southwest Radio Ministries began in April 1933, when a local pastor in Oklahoma City preached a prophetic message over a local radio program, KTOK. The pastor was Dr. E.F. Webber, who pastored a local church, and his radio program was his radio ministry - thus the name, Southwest Radio Ministries. Dr. E.F. Webber was convinced that the world was entering the last generation as storm clouds once again began to rise over Europe and Asia. The format of the program was: Evangelism - Broadcast the good news that Jesus Christ came to save sinners. Prophecy - Signs of the time indicate that Jesus is returning soon. Missions - Raise funds to support missionaries in foreign countries. Teaching - Teach the Word to discipleship believers. Publish - Supplement preaching with sound Christian book dissemination. Contend for the Faith - Confront and oppose apostasy within the churches. Encourage - Support other ministers who need to be heard. From 1933 to present, this ministry format has not changed. In 1951, Noah Hutchings joined the ministry team. 1959, Dr. E.F. Webber was taken home to be with the Lord. David Webber, Dr. E.F. Webber's son, and Noah Hutchings, continued the radio broadcast. Southwest Radio Ministries subsequently grew from a regional ministry to an international Christian organization, heard in the United States daily from coast to coast. In 1988, David Webber resigned from the board of trustees, and from 1988 to present, Noah Hutchings has carried on the ministry.
