Cave men, cave women, Neanderthal, troglodytes.
Let's take the average cave man at home, listening to his stereo....... :-P

Remember the Goldenrod?
Welcome to the Historic Riverboat Preservation Association. We are here to preserve what we have left of the Goldenrod Showboat and to keep her story alive.
I was born & grew up in St Louis. Lived here all my life with the exception of the 10 years I served in "Uncle Sam's Canoe Club." When I lived elsewhere and would come home to visit, I'd always get sort of weepy when I'd see the Arch knowing that I was almost there. I love the history, architecture of our great city too.
Well I just finished watching a bit of music history and felt that same warm weepy feeling of home from this video. I love St Louis & its musical roots. Like the saying goes, "there's no place like home." I hope you enjoy viewing this documentary of St Louis music & KSHE the worlds oldest rock station. Peace!

If you are already a friend of mine on this page, you do not have to do anything, but please share this with others who may not know. If you pull up Steve Rosen, you will see a page with the old 1968 picture of the staff. This is the page I am going to close. After all my years at KSHE, Rock and Roll, and maintaining the KSHE window, I am lucky to be able to just keep one page going. If this all makes sence to you, hit the like button, or leave a comment. If it does not make any sence, contact Elmo Farquar, Monica Reynolds, Dave Warner, or John Sebben. They will give you the number to Acid Rescue
Thanks so much

I need help setting up this page! Anyone interested?
Great page to Like.
If anyone has any old KSHE stuff, please let me know. I am also looking for air checks from 1968-1980. I know people have old tapes, they just need to find them. Thanks so much. Steve Rosen
Some of the first announcers at KSHE in late 1967, or early 1968.
From left to right, Lee Coffee the musical pumpkin, Prince Knight, Steve Rosen, Don O'day, and BIG Jack Davis. This is one of the oldest pictures I have found, and it is a true KSHE classic.
