Found vintage International Pewter coffee pot and sugar bowl with a personal identification number and OC FBI etched on the bottom. I believe they belonged to an Oklahoma City FBI employee in the 1960-1970s. Your thoughts? Both have the same 9 digit number and OC FBI.
