I love when restaurants provide nutrition facts about their dishes because sometimes when I’m trying to order to meet certain dietary needs, my expectation of a dish’s nutritional value and reality do not align BY A LOT. For example, I was about to order a a side of roasted veggies at a restaurant but then saw it was 27 grams of fat and nearly 300 calories. What in the world are they doing to these veggies??? 😲😲😲
