TODAY'S FORECAST: 98% chance I forget the clothes in the dryer and "reheat" them like leftovers...again and again. 😅

How many times do you have to re-fluff, rewarm, or de-wrinkle your dryer load because you forgot about it? My average is around 3 times....more on a particularly distracted day. 🫣 Poor clothes.

Fellow ADHDers…do you also need a focus support human just to survive a doctor’s appointment? 😬

Since hitting my 40s, I now see what feels like A LOT of medical “-ists,” and every time I walk into an appointment, no matter how well I try to plan out what to say, inevitably verbal diarrhea ensues. Somehow, my “quick” explanation of my symptoms turns into a full-blown oral history of my entire body and its questionable decisions since college. 🫣😅

Do I leave my appointments with answers? Sometimes. Do I mentally replay everything I said afterward and cringe? Every. Single. Time. 🥴

Why do you always wear sweats, Tara? We're in the frickin' middle of melt your face off summer!!

First off, comfort. And who am I trying to impress?? 😂 Secondly, if I wear something more weather appropriate (shorts, a breezy dress, short sleeves, sandals, etc.), I ALWAYS freeze indoors. 🥶 So I just plan for the space I seem to be in most often, which is with my butt parked wherever there's AC. 😅 That, and most of the time I'm just trying to manifest Fall. Fall's my favorite. 🍂🍁

Where are my sweats in any kind of weather-wearing ladies at????
