🍪 Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
• 1 cups natural peanut butter (no added sugar)
• 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
• 1 large egg
• 1 /2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• Pinch of salt (optional)
• 2 tbsp rolled oats
• Dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 15-18 minutes
