Hey friends, welcome to my page. I am a 63 year old mom, grandma, and business woman. I have been working hard my entire life, yet I am still in debt and I don't mean just a little. I have finally decided to take my money seriously and budget, pay down debt, save, and learn to invest. If this sounds like where you are at, I invite you to join me on this journey. Just so we are clear though, I'm not giving up vacations or a little splurge now and then. Life is short and "fun money" is essential 😊

Saturday, my daughter and I drove over an hour away to pick up a leather loveseat I found on Marketplace. The seller was the sweetest lady. She told us she had this couch for 26 years and it was still in perfect condition. It was hard for her to let go, but I promised a good home.

Making a house a home. We just moved to this house a couple months ago. It's not our forever home, we are still trying to figure out where that will be. Wherever we are though, it's important that it feels like home.

Went on a Marketplace adventure today with my lovely daughter. I'll post more about that later. Along the way we saw this new home decor store and had to stop. Anyone have inflatable yard decor wars in your neighborhood?This guy is a guaranteed win for Halloween 🎃
