Not me finding a brunch spot that’s been a local legend since before I was born 😭✨

Just found my new comfort food spot at Mai Phat Noodle House and WOW… the noodles are slurp-worthy, the broth is rich, and the portions do NOT play. This is the kind of place where you say “I’ll just have a bite” and suddenly the bowl is gone 😂

If you’re anywhere near Westminster, this is your sign to treat yourself.

seafood so fresh it tastes like it came straight outta the ocean and onto our table 🌊🦀

we ordered the giant seafood tray and wow sweet juicy perfectly tender king crab crawfish mussels every bite was giving clean ocean flavor in the best way 🤌✨

don’t skip the chongqing sauce spicy tingly addictive in that mouth buzzing sichuan pepper way 🌶️⚡ and the beef rolls savory juicy gone in seconds 🥢💥

perfect spot for big family dinners or loud friend group feasts where everyone’s reaching across the table 😂🍽️

why did nobody tell me there’s a japanese chipotle in garden grove and it’s actually 🔥🍛

you get to build your own curry bowl with a base of rice, ramen, or udon, then load it up with rich, comforting japanese curry and toppings of your choice 🤍 literally a dream lineup.

their katsu curry is the star ⭐️ perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, and that thick savory curry sauce poured all over? unreal. it’s slightly sweet, super cozy, and hits every single time.

and if you’re a soup girlie — you need the mikkame soup curry 🥣✨ this hokkaido-style soup curry is lighter but still packed with flavor, veggies, and protein. warm, gently spicy, and comforting without feeling heavy.
