“Hello, hello, ¡hola!” As reminded us, by 2060, 1 in 3 people will be Latino in the US.

That’s not just a statistic, it’s a reflection of our power. Our comunidad is strong, resilient, and thriving.

Today, nearly 20% of the population is Latino, and even more inspiring: 1 in every 5 entrepreneurs is a Latino. Latinas, in specific, are building businesses 20x faster than any other group in the country. 👏🏽

This is our time. We carry our raíces, our strength, and our vision for change everywhere we go. We are not only part of the story, we are shaping the futuro.

For the Adelante Gala, we had the honor of creating the entire event design look and feel — from social media campaigns to programs, posters, signage, and presentations.

Beyond design, it was about amplifying ’s vision of empowerment and making sure the event matched the power of the message.

She’s our Marketing & Content Coordinator and one of the creative eyes behind the camera making sure Supera always looks sharp. From running our socials to adding that extra sparkle of creativity, she keeps us looking 💅🏽.

When she’s not working her marketing magic, you can catch her:

Biggest lesson I’ve learned while marketing events: It’s not about doing the most, it’s about doing the right things, on purpose.

Meet Kassandra, our Co-Owner & Director of Client Experience, and the reason everything flows so smoothly around here. ✨

She’s the one making sure our clients feel taken care of, deadlines stay on track, and no detail gets left behind. If there’s a problem? She’s already two steps ahead with a solution.

Her advice for anyone ready to take the leap?

“Just do it and stop wasting your time on doubts and what if’s. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted to do, but now I wouldn’t have it any other way. And I wish I’d started networking sooner!”

When she’s not crafting new strategies she’s:

✈️ Dreaming of visiting Bora Bora, Switzerland, Dubai & Japan (same girl, same)

In 2023, we started working with Unity In Action to help them build the brand for their festival and it quickly turned into something bigger. 💛

From launching their fundraising gala, Unidos Avanzamos, to supporting donation efforts and designing visuals that reflect the heart of their work, we’ve had the privilege of helping bring their mission to life. Now, we’re proud to be their creative partner year-round, making sure every event they host feels rooted, strategic, and full of purpose.

Huge thank you to Olga and the entire team for the trust, the collaboration, and the ganas you pour into everything. You make it easy to show up and create something powerful.
