Potato Candy 🥔 two of my favorite things and 😁 Potato Candy 1/2 cup Mashed Potatoes 8-9 cups Powdered Sugar 1 cup Peanut Butter (creamy) Mix mashed potatoes and 2 cups of sugar mix till watery then add the rest 1 cup at a time mixing till combined and forms a dough that isn’t sticky to the touch. Roll out potato dough roughly 1/4in thick. next spread peanut butter all over about 1/2inch from edges. From the long end using the parchment paper as your helper and roll into a log. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes before slicing the candy. Tip for clean cuts wipe clean between cuts.
