Replying to c**k homemade Texas Roadhouse Rolls tastes better 🤌 and w/some it’s just hard not to eat more than one. These rolls are light, airy, ye**ty, buttery, and melt in your mouth. Makes 24 dinner rolls 😁 Recipe below ⬇️ Texas Roadhouse Rolls 1 TBS. Active dry yeast 1/4 C. Water (warm) 1 C. Milk 1/4 C. Butter (melted/slightly cooled) 1/4 C. Sugar 1 Lg. Egg 3½ to 4 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp. Salt Butter for brushing In a small bowl or measuring cup, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy. Warm the milk slightly (don’t let it boil), then pour it into a large mixing bowl. Add in the melted butter, sugar, and egg, and give it a good mix. Once the yeast is foamy, stir that in too. Start by adding the flour gradually, mixing until it forms a soft dough. It should pull away from the side but still feel slightly tacky. Add the salt near the end of mixing. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 6–8 minutes until smooth and elastic, or use a stand mixer with the dough hook. Grease a large bowl, place the dough inside, cover it, and let it rise in a warm spot until it’s doubled in size about an hour. Once risen, punch the dough down and roll it out on a floured surface about 1/2 inch thick, cut into even squares and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them just slightly apart. Cover again and let the rolls rise for about 1 hour. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown on top. While they’re still warm, brush the tops with melted butter. Serve warm roadhouse rolls with cinnamon honey butter 😁

Keep this easy Sponge Cake recipe handy for all your needs 🍰 👇 Sponge Cake 4 lg. Eggs (room temp) 1 C. Sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 C. Ap Flour 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder 1/4 tsp. Salt 1/4 C. Milk 1/4 C. Butter preheating oven to 350°F. Line 8x8 square pan with parchment paper and lightly grease. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until it's pale, fluffy, and thick. This part is key-it should look airy and doubled in size. Add the vanilla and give it a quick mix. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt into the egg mixture, and mix but don't overmix-just fold it in gently until it's combined. Now melt the butter with the milk in the microwave just until the butter is melted and warm. Slowly pour that warm milk-butter mix into the batter and fold it in until smooth. Pour the batter into your pan and bake for about 25-28 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool completely, then lift it out and cut.
