🎃 HALLOWEEN WITH A MESSY MOM AT THE WHEEL 👻
aka: We survived the haunted house… but Halloween prep might actually be the end of me.
If you saw my post on my personal page asking everyone to share their cute, put-together Halloween pics…
just know I typed that like I had my life together and everything was under control, but please know…Its not. 😂
While most moms have crossed off the Halloween bucket list items, visited the pumpkin patch 3x and have waited with anticipation to put their tiny humans in the costumes they’ve had perfectly planned out for 364 days now 😝 my kids are over here surviving a Forest of Terror, befriending demons in gravel parking lots, and changing their costume ideas every two hours…
So yes, it’s still TOTAL CHAOS for this mom for the 17th year in a row, because of course someone just HAD to wear a pink bedazzled scream mask we saw featured in a YouTube video ONE TIME…and let me mention this happens to also be the one kid projectile vomiting on Halloween…
BUT…
in the midst of all the mess…
there is one thing in this house that is and has been fully prepared for Halloween ➡️ Miss Daisey 🌼 THE DOG…honestly, she’s probably the most emotionally and spiritually put-together member of this family. 🌭🤣
So here’s to the messy moms who are showing up, laughing through the chaos, pretending we’re ahead of schedule on social media, and somehow managing to keep things festive and fun, while only the dog is truly ready for Halloween. 🧡👻
