For the past few months, I’ve been working quietly on something that’s been sitting heavy on my heart.
Listening. Researching. Writing. Learning stories that deserved to be told a long time ago.
Stories about daughters. Sisters. Mothers.
Women who should still be here. And the systems that failed them.
These are the stories of Missing and Murdered Indigenous women, told with care, intention, and respect.
Soon, I’ll be launching a podcast called Her Name Was, a space where we slow down, say their names out loud, and tell their stories with care.
Not headlines. Not statistics. People.
This project means more to me than I can fully explain right now.
But I can’t wait to share it with you.
