For many years, life has been a classroom that never seemed to close.

Epilepsy. Disability. Setbacks. Uncertainty. Loss. Faith. Healing. Rebuilding.

Some lessons came through victories. Others came through seasons that felt impossible to understand while living through them.

Those experiences eventually became books.

Not because every answer was found.

Not because the journey was easy.

But because there was value in sharing what was learned along the way.

The Natural Vitality Advocate Series is a collection of books focused on healing, resilience, faith, adversity, independent thinking, personal responsibility, and the long process of rebuilding after life changes.

📘 Healing Against the Odds

📗 Still Walking

📙 You Do You

Each book explores a different part of that journey, but they are connected by a common theme:

Life does not always go according to plan. The question becomes how we respond when it doesn’t.

If you’re navigating illness, hardship, uncertainty, disability, personal setbacks, or simply trying to build a stronger foundation for the future, I hope these books encourage and challenge you.

Most people think health is about appearance.

Body fat percentage.
Abs.
Muscle.
Weight loss.
Transformation photos.

But real health is often revealed through the quieter signals modern culture ignores.

How well do you sleep?
How clear is your thinking?
How stable is your energy?
How well do you recover?
How inflamed are you?
How much work does it take just to feel normal?

This may be one of the most important articles I’ve written because it goes deeper than aesthetics and into what health actually feels like beneath the surface.

The carnivore diet has exploded online over the last several years, but the real conversation is far more complicated than most people realize.

Some individuals genuinely improve on carnivore diets. Weight loss, blood sugar stabilization, appetite control, reduced inflammation, and better metabolic regulation are very real experiences for many people.

At the same time, important long-term questions still exist involving cardiovascular health, microbiome diversity, nutrient complexity, dietary extremism, and what truly sustainable human nutrition looks like over decades of life.

I wanted to approach this topic honestly and thoughtfully rather than through internet tribalism.

This new article explores:
• why modern processed-food culture pushed people toward carnivore
• the difference between ketosis and carnivore itself
• why people often feel dramatically better
• the role of elimination dieting
• the “plants are toxic” debate
• online nutrition extremism
• metabolic health, inflammation, and long-term physiology
• why appearance alone does not automatically equal total health

I also integrated clinical ketogenic therapy history, epilepsy-related context, and peer-reviewed research throughout the article.

If you are interested in nutrition, metabolic health, low-carb diets, wellness culture, or the carnivore debate itself, I think you’ll find this worth reading.

Modern health culture has become emotionally exhausting for a lot of people.

Everywhere you look, there is another trend, another warning, another “expert,” another protocol, and another argument insisting they finally discovered the answer everyone else somehow missed.

Meanwhile, most ordinary people are simply trying to feel better, think more clearly, regain stability, and figure out who or what they can actually trust.

That tension inspired me to write this new article.

I’m not interested in fear-based wellness, internet tribalism, or extreme thinking disguised as wisdom. I believe there has to be a healthier middle ground between blind trust and irrational paranoia — one rooted in discernment, humility, emotional steadiness, and stronger foundations.

In a world full of noise, clarity matters more than ever.

Modern wellness culture has quietly transformed health into endless self-management.

What started as simple nutritional support has evolved into a massive industry driven by algorithms, influencer culture, optimization obsession, fear marketing, and constant physiological micromanagement.

This is not an anti-supplement article.

I use supplements myself.

But there comes a point where many people stop supporting their health and start living inside permanent intervention, endless symptom-chasing, and chronic nervous-system hypervigilance disguised as “wellness.”

At some point, more supplements does not automatically mean more health.

Sometimes the body needs less burden, not more input.

In this new article, I break down:
• supplement culture and psychological dependency
• fear-based wellness marketing
• nervous-system overload and optimization obsession
• why foundational health still matters most
• the hidden stress of constant intervention
• why simplification may be one of the healthiest things modern people can do again

This may be one of the most important pieces I’ve written so far because it addresses something many people feel but rarely say out loud.

Everyone has parasites.

At least that’s what social media wants you to believe.

Fatigue? Parasites.
Bloating? Parasites.
Brain fog? Parasites.
Cravings? Parasites.

Conveniently, the cleanse is always linked in someone’s bio.

The truth is more nuanced. Real parasites exist. Some are serious. But much of today’s parasite craze mixes real science with fear marketing, shallow expertise, and recurring product sales.

I break down what’s real, what’s hype, and why clarity matters more than trends.

Modern life made many things easier. That does not always mean it made people healthier.

Food at the tap of a button. Endless entertainment. Less movement. More screen time. More stimulation. More convenience.

But when convenience replaces movement, sunlight, routine, real food, sleep, and discipline, the hidden cost often shows up as low energy, stress, poor habits, and feeling off without knowing why.

My newest article breaks down how modern living may be quietly draining health—and practical ways to reclaim control through simple daily habits.

Healing is often misunderstood.

Many people think healing means becoming someone else. A new identity. A perfect version. A complete reinvention.

But real healing is often the opposite.

It can mean returning to what was buried under stress, illness, trauma, fear, noise, and survival mode.

Your strength.
Your clarity.
Your faith.
Your resilience.
Your real nature.

You do not heal by becoming someone new.

You heal by becoming more you.

In 2012, I became disabled due to chronic health issues, including epilepsy and relentless pain. Later, I faced severe complications from seizures and multiple surgeries, including a traumatic brain injury and spinal procedures. Through my faith in Jesus Christ and the Medical Medium protocols, I discovered a healing routine centered on nutrition and consistent daily practices, moving my focus from weight loss to deep, root-cause healing. I share my journey to inspire others facing similar struggles, offering hope from my own path of resilience.
